Taking advantage of the plot, the tower rises in the city sky as a bicolour shaft. Reminiscing of traditional roofs protection against tropical climate, Aluminium palms cover the façades of the tower to insure heat protection. This second skin hides a very simple and cost effective façade with a glass percentage of 35%.
